El Vino Restaurant is an à la carte kitchen open all four seasons: fresh fish from the morning market, seasonal vegetables from the peninsula and slow evenings over the rooftops of Bodrum, with the castle lit up across the bay.

A short, carefully chosen list of Turkish and Aegean labels. Ask the bar team for the bordeaux-dark reds that gave the hotel its name.
Breakfast & afternoon tea
A very good breakfast, then tea time at half past four
Breakfast is served in the lobby breakfast room or among the greenery by the pool: village cheeses, olives, homemade jams, eggs cooked to order. At midday there is poolside lunch service, the Lobby Bar stays open through the day, and every afternoon from 16:30 until 17:30 we bring out freshly baked pastries with tea and coffee, on the house.
